Canada is the latest country outside of Europe and North America to legalize CBD. It’s available both online and in-store, with no prescription required, provided the THC count is 0.3% or less. That’s on par with the requirement in the United States, but 0.1% more than what’s legal in countries in Europe, including France and the United Kingdom.
